SekurSafe is a secure Swiss hosted Data, Email and Communications productivity tool. It offers a Secure Data Backup, Secure File-share, Group Collaboration, Secure Email and Password Manager all in one. SekurSafe works on any browser and mobile device. Securely store and share any file type, password or email with anyone within or outside of your organization, from business documents, bank and credit card account information, to PIN codes and Passwords. SekurSafe offers SekurMail a unique encrypted email service with SekurSend technology. Use it to send emails of any size to anyone in full privacy and security. Recipient can use SekurReply so email cannot be subject to cyber attack and phishing. Think of it as a Swiss Safe in the cloud.
All users data is encrypted with our proprietary VirtualVaults and HeliX technology and protected by the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Ordinance, which offers strongest privacy protection in the world.

Swiss Secure Data and Email Management

SekurSafe lets you securely store and share information such as contracts, banking statements, legal documents, PIN codes and passwords and other types of sensitive data. Clients do not need to have SekurSafe to enjoy the security and privacy it offers. With its SekurMail feature and its SekurSend technology, it also guarantees that all emails of any size remain secure and private and not subject to BEC or email phishing attacks.
Encrypted and Private Email with Anti-Phishing Technology
Email anyone with complete privacy with our SekurSend option. Emails are not readable by the recipient’s ISP. Use SekurSend for non-SekurSafe users with triple protection: password, self-destruct timer function and read limit. When using SekurSend, the recipient can also reply in the same manner, protecting your data and your recipient's data as well from BEC attacks and cyber attacks. All emails can support unlimited size attachments.
SekurSend Anti-Phishing Email Technology
SekurSend is a unique feature allowing sender to send emails to anyone in a private and secure manner, with no limit on attachment storage. Recipient receives an email notification and clicks on a link provided in order to enter the Swiss hosted secure email content. ISPs cannot read the content so it is fully private. Sender can decide on 3 security features: Password protect, read limit, time limit with self destruct timer. Sender can also use SekurSend without the password protect or other security mandatory settings. Recipient can use SekurReply to reply in the same manner, taking advantage of the privacy and security, even if they do not have SekurSafe or SekurMail solution. This email feature guarantees that all communications remain private, secure and protected against email phishing and BEC cyber attacks. Another advantage is using SekurSend to send large attachments without crowding the recipient's mailbox as nothing resides on the recipient email storage.
Share Documents Securely
Sharing any confidential document in our platform with an external associate or client has never been safer. With our share option you can send private documents with PIN and expiration date giving you control of your data. All transaction remains in our Swiss hosted secure environment at all times.
Secure Password Manager
Secure password manager with complexity meter and display encryption. With this feature you can have a unique, strong, and secure password for every website you sign up to and you keep it safe securely and privately in SekurSafe.

Search through all your notes in a convenient manner. Type a keyword related to a Note title in order to narrow down the list of Notes for a fast, direct and secure route to your data.
Flexible profile management panel
SekurSafe is very flexible when it comes to your personalized settings and an overview of your data. Add, edit, and save your preferences, such as preferred language, timezone, and password, all in our settings panel.
Organization of team members
One account administrator can manage several accounts simultaneously. They can read, edit, share or delete contributions from other team members, and even grant administrative rights to other users in their vault. They also can invite other employees and create user groups for faster sharing.
Swiss Privacy and Security
Customers want encryption to ensure their data is secure. At SekurSafe we execute all transmission and exchange of data within our secure server platform environment. When a user accesses SekurSafe, the user connects first to our secure platform in our data centers, and then the transaction happens within our servers environment. This eliminates the risk of data being intercepted from the sender’s device, data cannot be read or accessed. All data in our storage systems is encrypted.
We use our proprietary encryption VirtualVaults and HeliX coupled with the highest encryption standards in the industry. Swiss Privacy ensures that all data is stored under the strictest privacy laws in the world.
